Constructed with care and proportionality, GCD provided a rear and ground floor side extension, alongside a basement, maintaining the picture that our client had in mind for this exquisite home.

While creating large spaces it is important to design in stylish features as well as practicality such as storage. When constructing a basement the main focal points should be tall ceing heights, ventilation and light. While greatly increasing the foot print, connectivity and flow factor are parmount.

Connecting the basement to the upper floors can be seemless and stylish witha contemporary staircase. The lightwells bring in an outdoor feeling eliminating the basement image.
