Undertaken with private clients, this historic lodge was painstakingly restored to its former glory after years of neglect.
The Highest of Standards - Internally and Externally

GCD were brought in to design & project manage this listed Crown Estate property set in the grounds of a Royal Park. Working directly with our clients, we sympathetically restored the property to the highest of standards both internally & externally with the project encompassing extensive external landscaping of the three-acre grounds.

Sympathetic Restoration

Considerable effort went into the sympathetic restoration of the exterior to soften the façade and the previously added wings.
A Truly Beautiful Property

The re-introduction of period features (cornices, fireplaces and architraves) combined with contemporary twists such as specialist wall finishes, state-of-the-art lighting and bespoke joinery results in a highly original and beautiful home.
