A modern take on a traditional mews property...
This incredible project involved bringing a derelict Mews House in Belgravia back to life after years of neglect. Working closely with our client’s, and the talented interior designer and architect Baroness Gastaldi of Monaco, we were appointed as the main contractor for the fit-out works partway through the project.
Pre-Project Planning and Design Brief
Working closely with Westminster Council and the Grosvenor Estate, permissions were obtained to transform this tired mews by extending the properties footprint with a basement conversion, and a reconfiguration of the internal layout to create a flow factor throughout...
When we took over, a new basement had been created, but the remainder of the home was an empty shell. Our brief was to bring a real feeling of luxury to this project and we did that by helping create a modern take on a traditional mews property.
By using the most incredible materials throughout, our team employed cutting edge technology and the very best specialists in their fields to ensure the finished home was quite exceptional. From the custom-made lift and bar to the beautiful coffered ceilings, real thought went into every element of this home. No wonder magazines have been clamouring to feature it on their pages!
